Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger) does not included Stuffit Expander. Mac downloads (.bin.hqx.sea.sit.sitx) require Stuffit Expander or other decoding utility. I have a 2011 series iMac. I had protools 10 on the computer and my digidesign mbox 2 plugged up as well. Everything was working fine until I updated my Operating System to the latest Os, Sierra. After the upgrade, my protools will not open and my mbox 2 driver will not connect. How can I fix this problem? I was told to downgrade my software to a later os but I'm not sure on how to do it or which Os to get.

I have the same problem. After the IOS update, I can't open/run Protools 9 or 10 anymore. I'm using Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.5 and the hardware is the new Macbook pro 2017. I'm trying to find a solution but it's hard to find one with stuff like this. What can I do? Any help is appreciated!
